Welcome to Outlier Speed Co. LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including setup subscriptions and one-time purchases (the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

 

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use our Services. By purchasing or subscribing, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial use related to sim racing.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer digital subscription services that grant access to weekly iRacing setups and related content.

• Billing: All subscriptions are billed monthly, unless otherwise specified. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel.

• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

• Discount Plans: Any 6-month or yearly plans offered at discounted rates are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

 

3. Digital Products

All setups and content are delivered digitally. Once purchased or subscribed, the customer gains access through our member area.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

 

4. Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable, as our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase.

We do not offer partial refunds for:

• Subscription cancellations mid-cycle

• Accidental purchases

• Unused access during your subscription period

Exceptions: If you believe there has been a billing error or technical issue that prevented you from accessing the product, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All setups, coaching material, and website content are the intellectual property of Outlier Speed Co. LLC You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without express written permission.

Unauthorized use or sharing of our content (including sharing setups outside your personal use) may result in account suspension.

6. Subscription Content Updates and Deletion Policy

As part of our ongoing subscription service, Outlier Speed Co removes old setup files on a monthly basis:

• At the start of the first week of each month, all existing setup files will be deleted from the member area and replaced with the new weeks setups.

a. Important Notes:

• Once deleted, prior setup files are no longer accessible through your subscription account.

• Customers are responsible for downloading any desired setups before the start of the new cycle if they wish to retain them for personal use.

• Access to new setups is provided as part of your active subscription without interruption.

• This policy applies to all subscription tiers and setup packages unless otherwise specified.

7. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

 

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the website or email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Our setups and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of performance or competitive success.

In no event shall Outlier Speed Co. LLC, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

 

11. Privacy Policy

 

a. Information We Collect

We collect basic information such as:

• Name, email address, and billing information (for subscriptions or purchases)

• Device/browser data via cookies for performance, analytics, or account access

We do not collect or store any sensitive payment details directly. All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

 

b. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide you access to digital setups and content

• Process subscriptions and communicate billing info

• Respond to support requests

• Improve our site experience and content offerings

 

c. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share limited data with trusted services that help us deliver our products (e.g., payment processors, email systems), but only to the extent necessary.

 

d. Your Rights

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Note: Some data may be retained for billing or legal purposes.

 

e. Cookies

We may use cookies or similar tools to maintain login sessions, analyze website traffic, and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

 

f. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

 

12. Physical Products

From time to time, Outlier Speed Co. LLC may offer physical merchandise such as apparel, stickers, or other branded gear (“Merchandise”).

 

a. Orders and Shipping

• We strive to fulfill and ship merchandise orders within 2-10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• Shipping times and carriers may vary depending on your location and fulfillment method.

• Outlier Speed Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs for international orders.

 

b. Returns and Exchanges

• All physical merchandise sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the product description.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos as evidence.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

c. Sizing Issues

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page before placing an order.

 

d. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@outlierspeedco.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

We accept the following payment methods for all purchases made through OutlierSpeed.co:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• PayPal – including PayPal Credit and Pay Later options

• Affirm – for split payments or financing options

 

a. Affirm Financing

If you choose to pay using Affirm, your payment agreement is subject to Affirm’s terms and conditions. Approval is managed solely by Affirm and may be based on your credit profile.

You are responsible for reading and understanding their payment schedule, interest rates (if applicable), and any fees.

Review Affirm’s Terms of Service

Outlier Speed Co is not liable for any decisions, fees, or disputes arising from Affirm transactions.
