Service Description

Our private coaching sessions are designed to help you build lasting race craft and speed, not just during the session, but long after it ends. Whether you’re chasing your first win or trying to break into top split, our coaches tailor each session to your car, your pace, and your goals. ________________________________________ What to Expect: • Choose Your Coach: You’ll have the option to select from four experienced coaches, each bringing a unique driving style, teaching approach, and proven success on the oval side of iRacing. Coaches: • Robert Miller - 5900 iRating (A Open) • Johnny Avila - 7200 iRating (B Open) • Matt Whitten - 6300 iRating (B Open) • Cody Porter - 6300 iRating (C Open) • Michael Folds - 6200 iRating (MX-5) • Pre-Session Planning: Before the session begins, you and your coach will coordinate to select which car and track you want to focus on. We support all NASCAR oval cars, from the Gen 4 to the latest Next Gen; so your session is always relevant to your racing goals. We also support the MX-5 with our setup builder Michael Folds. • Driver Self-Assessment: To get the most out of your time, we ask that you come prepared with a few self-identified strengths and weaknesses. What parts do you typically struggle with? Where do you feel most confident? What areas do you want to improve? The more insight you can provide, the more tailored and impactful the coaching will be. • Flexible Session Lengths: Schedule up to two hours back-to-back, giving you ample time for real-time feedback, adjustments, and measurable progress. • Private Discord Environment: Sessions are hosted through a dedicated Discord voice, where both coach and driver stream their onboard views and input data. This interactive approach allows for clear, detailed analysis on both ends. • Setup Provided: If your selected car has previously run the chosen track/car combo, your coach will provide a proven Outlier Speed Co. setup. • The Goal: This isn’t about matching the coach’s lap time. It’s about giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to grow as a driver beyond the session. You’ll leave with actionable feedback you can apply immediately, whether you’re racing in official sessions, or leagues.
